RCA Replica Aerial Set
The Music From The Ether aerial set is a dimensionally correct reproduction of the aerials used on the original RCA AR-1264 theremin. They can be used as replacements for RCA or with the MK-1 DIY tube theremin. The set consists of two aerials and three cabinet mounted jacks. The straight aerial pictured top is the pitch aerial and the loop aerial pictured bottom is the expression (volume) aerial.
All of the aerial parts are precision machined and assembled by hand. They are then buffed on a high speed buffing wheel, cleaned in an ultrasonic bath and then subjected to a hard nickel dual electroplating process. All parts are then given a final high speed buffing to bring out a high luster finish and then ultrasonically cleaned.
